DELIVERY TERMS

Desert Rose Florist is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and hand-delivers throughout the greater Las Vegas area, including but not limited to:

  • Summerlin (Summerlin West, Summerlin South, The Trails, The Vistas, Red Rock, The Ridges, The Summit Club, The Mesa, Siena, and Queensridge)
  • Henderson (Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, MacDonald Ranch)
  • Spring Valley
  • Enterprise (Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands, Silverado Ranch)
  • North Las Vegas
  • The Las Vegas Strip
  • Downtown Las Vegas & Arts District
  • Centennial Hills
  • Aliante & Sun City Aliante

Delivery charges vary based on travel distance. Substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability or inventory. By placing an order online, the customer agrees to substitutions when necessary. If a substitution significantly affects the look or value of the arrangement, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, our experienced designers will use their best judgment.

If a delivery is attempted and the recipient is unavailable, and no alternate instructions were provided at the time of order, the arrangement will be returned to the shop. Redelivery can be scheduled for an additional fee. Orders that cannot be delivered due to lack of access or recipient unavailability are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Some deliveries may be left at doorsteps or with front desks/security. Photo documentation or driver records may be used as delivery confirmation.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the information necessary to process your order or include you in our mailing list. We do not retain credit card numbers or sensitive payment data as we use secure third-party processors.

Your information will never be sold or shared, except as necessary to fulfill your order or promotion. Desert Rose Florist respects your privacy.

TERMS OF USE

By using www.desertroseflorist.net ("Website"), you agree to:

  • Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Not use bots, data-mining tools, or similar extraction methods

We reserve the right to limit access to the Website, and you use it at your own risk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled only if a written request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date/time. Written requests can be sent to:

Phone requests are accepted, but written confirmation is still required.

Orders that have been designed, are in production, out for delivery, or already delivered cannot be canceled or changed.

If your cancellation meets the time requirements, we will issue a store credit (excluding delivery fees), valid for future purchases. We do not offer refunds for canceled, fulfilled, or delivered orders.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Fresh flowers, orchid plants, and green plants may qualify for store credit or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Non-perishable gifts and accessories may be exchanged or credited within 7 days with receipt and if in original condition.
  • Final Sale items, including discounted flowers, plants, and custom baskets, are not eligible for return or exchange.

SALES TAX & PAYMENT

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to Nevada state and local taxes.

By submitting payment, you confirm that all billing information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method. Desert Rose Florist is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account or payment credentials.

SECURITY

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your online data. Despite all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You submit data at your own risk.

If you create an account on our site, please keep your password confidential and log out after use, especially on public/shared computers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including photos, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of or licensed by Desert Rose Florist. Use of our intellectual property without written consent is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Lost or misrouted orders due to incorrect delivery information
